Christian Santos, 67, and his wife Ava, had been happily married for 45 years. The two of them were like bookends whose set could not be divided. Ava was the ying to Christian's yang. Ava was battling cancer. Her condition was terminal. The doctors gave her no more than 4-6 months. The only thing that kept running through her mind was Christian. How could she leave him?
