Tom and Dan are the front runners in the Devil's game. Tom is disenchanted with his life. Same boring dead end job, having a wife and daughter who are dependent on him, and overall not feeling content being a family man. It is not what it's cracked up to be. And then on the flip side, you have Dan, who has been his best friend forever, who is single with his love interest being a Horror movie accompanied by beer and a pie of pizza. Ah the single life. He's got nothing to lose..except his lifelong friend Tom.
The rift is very evident; Tom can no longer do Horror movie nights with Dan because now movie nights consist of watching anything Pixar related. Both friends don't seem to share much in common anymore that is until Dan shows him a mysterious video and after that, nothing about their lives are ever the same again...

A naked woman is tied to a bed or table. Her mouth is covered in glue and duct tape. A hand slowly travels down her body. You're starting to think S&M. But not exactly.. A knife slits the woman at the stomach and her insides are being played with..The killer is obviously aroused. The woman is dead...
Like I mentioned before...nothing about the lives of these two friends will ever be the same again. The disturbing visuals consume Tom to the point of no longer looking at his wife and daughter the same again. Both in and out of the bedroom, Tom is torn between two realities; the life that is disillusioned and a life that is morbidly intriguing. Tom is on the verge of drowning in a sea of death. Death of anything he ever considered to be normal. He needs a life ring thrown to him before he loses his wife and daughter. In it's own convoluted way, Dan, Tom's best friend, is the one drowning him. Think of it this way. Tom has the life Dan doesn't. Dan leads a lonesome existence whose first love was his friendship with Tom. He pries Tom away from the family for a Horror movie night and beer and what do you know, a phantom video shows up with a woman being slashed open and the two grown men are fascinated. Both men are being possessed by an evil torrid fantasy. A fantasy that soon becomes reality..
Dan meets Sally, the diner's waitress. Both of them feel sparks. They make love.

Sally is dead.. Dan is the key suspect..But did Dan do it? Is Dan the one mutilating these women on tape? If so, why did he feel extreme remorse over Sally?
Tom and Dan's friendship is slowly but surely deteriorating. Tom knows he needs to move away from the dull life and from Dan. Who would have thought that a movie of all things can ruin lives? Tom warns Lily to cut Dan off and never speak to him again. While Tom is away on business, Lily goes against his wishes. Then Tom gets back but his wife and daughter are not home waiting for him. But a certain video is....

Tom goes over to Dan's house and beats his life long best friend to a bloody pulp. He makes Dan choke on his own blood and Dan dies. But did Dan do it??? And what becomes of Tom now? Everything in his life that he ever loved and yet tied him down in some way is now gone..So what happens to Tom now? No family, no friends. Everything he has ever had to live for has now been taken away from him..He's alone now..All alone..
Oh my God, what happens to Tom now?
