Black Dahlia (2006)

Oh Lizzy Lizzy, with skin as white as snow, lips red like blood, and hair as dark as the night of a Lunar Eclipse. You are just as pretty as the flower you always put in your hair. You are the quintessential Snow White...

Beauty can be a blessing or a curse. It can expose you. It can exploit you. It can KILL you...

Lips red like blood....

The Black Dahlia murder has plagued the interests and fascination of the authorities and non-authorities for as long as time would have it. What was so unique and captivating about Elizabeth Short or Betty Short, the aspiring actress, that people could not seem to shake off? But I suppose the question that really needs answers is, who killed Betty Short, and why? And why with such a monstrous and vile kind of brutality? Severed at the waist along with a Glasglow smile incision at the mouth, one would wonder what the motive of the killer could be...

But sometimes, people take their fascination with such a heinous crime just a tad bit too far..

This reminds me of the acting scam jobs listed on the job boards. Except they ask YOU to pay THEM first. In this case, the underground, non-publicly advertised "acting gig", does not require upfront payment..

It's just a part in a movie and the three psychopaths are just recreating the infamous Black Dahlia murder scene in a "copycat" murdering spree. They just require that you get into character as they are doing...

Evil comes in 3 6's....
