Here Comes The Bride..
All dressed in hysteria..
You shed tears of joy on your wedding day
Yet the tears don't stop after your nuptuals..
They perpetuate onto your marriage..
And then that is all you end up doing..
Crying, screaming, harming, lying, scheming..
You know this can't end well...
Harboring secrets can have dire consequences. Harboring affairs can be just downright deadly. But what if both parties are equally the problem? What if both parties enable each other's toxicity, perhaps even embrace it to such gross and treacherous proportions?
It happens all the time, the whole "I love you but I hate you and want to do away with you" song and dance. Like moths to a flame, why do they always gravitate back to each other knowing nothing can be salvaged? We are who we attract, so when we get together, a horrific chain of events are off set, causing us to descent into madness.
For better or for worse...
The woman you married is having an affair with a man who harbors qualities you don't. But she also resides in a secret location where she stores another "lover" as well as dismembered body parts. Skeletons not in the closet but the fridge..(same concept).
Meanwhile you still refuse to let go. Anna is projected onto every woman you come across. Just like the other "lover" is an allegory of how you are perceived in Anna's eyes...
A monster...
A grotesque monster with tentacles..
The tentacles that refuses to let go..
The monster brought out the absolute worst in her. She miscarried in the most horrific and traumatizing way that was your offspring. An extension of you. The "monster". Your remaining child wishes to avoid the monster for his innocent life has already been marred by it.
The monstrosity leads to murder-suicide...
'Till death do us part...
