OK, so every licensed vehicle driver in the world is very well aware of the driving laws. No drinking while driving, DUH. Always have your seat belt on unless you have a death wish. No holding an electronic device including your cell phone which I am guilty as charged for that. No going over the speed limit, which I don't do. And well that is just to name a few. Cops will always have their eye on you while on the road. But is there a driving law that states that you can't receive "road head"???
Ummmmm....uh oh... Somehow I think a better fine would have been over $1,000, 500 hours of Community Service, 1 month in jail, a revoked driver's license, etc. But this goes way above and beyond anything the letter of the law can do...
Let this be a lesson to you. Don't Get Off And Drive!!!
