Sarah (Katie Walder) and her husband Josh McLaren (Matt Passmore), are a young couple living in the suburbs of Las Vegas. Shortly after a car accident, Sarah starts to suffer intense and disturbing blackouts and memory lapses. Sarah feels as though she is losing her mind as she is not so sure what is really happening. Soon after she discovers she is pregnant but her husband is sterile. As her marriage and her whole world falls apart around her, Sarah makes a desperate attempt to find out the truth by planting a hidden camera in her home. What she discovers is both horrific and life altering and involves a dark secret regarding her neighbor Dale (Nathan Keyes) that is even far more twisted than anything anybody could imagine.
